Starting your counselling placement is an important step, and finding the right environment can make a real difference.
At Riverstone Therapy, I offer a supportive space for trainee counsellors to gain experience, build confidence, and begin developing their practice.
ABOUT THE PLACEMENT
I offer placement opportunities for trainee counsellors completing a recognised qualification with a college or university.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Work with clients in a supportive and ethical setting
- Build confidence and develop your approach
- Gain experience with a range of presenting issues
Sessions may be in person in Carshalton, as well as online or by telephone.
WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR
I welcome applications from trainees who:
- Are currently in training and working towards client hours
- Are committed to ethical practice
- Are reliable, compassionate, and open to learning
