About Abbie Jones MBACP

I am a qualified integrative counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), offering compassionate and confidential support. ​ My approach combines psychodynamic and person-centred counselling, helping you explore both present challenges and the deeper patterns that may be shaping your experiences. ​ I have several years of experience supporting individuals within the local community, and I remain committed to making counselling accessible and meaningful for those who need it most.

Individual

Confidential one-to-one counselling for anxiety, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, depression and emotional distress. Sessions are collaborative and paced around you.

Trauma & PTSD Support

Specialist support for those experiencing the lasting effects of trauma, including childhood trauma and post-traumatic stress. We work gently and safely at your pace.

Domestic Abuse Recovery

Support for individuals affected by domestic abuse and violence, including work linked to the Freedom Programme. A safe space to rebuild understanding and confidence.

Online Counselling UK-Wide

Secure online counselling sessions available across the UK for those who prefer remote support.

Income-Based Counselling

A limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available for those who may not otherwise access private therapy. Please mention this when enquiring.
